LOAN INFORMATION

Government Loans

FHA– Federal Housing Administration (Department of Housing and Urban Development)
Low down-payment (3.5%), low interest rates, and low PMI make these especially good for the first time homebuyer

VA – Veterans Administration (Veteran Affairs)
Up to 100% financing, based of VA Certificate of Eligibility (DD-214)

RD – Rural Development (Department of Agriculture)
Up to 103%, including closing costs, if appraised value is high enough. Covers very specific regions.
